Highly appreciated discovery, this place perfectly reflects what I look for in a restaurant: excellent reception and service with friendly and cheerful staff, a very pleasant environment with its own personality, an interesting menu with great ideas like the elephant's ear, a large breaded cutlet made with a mix of 14 ingredients (tried). Also offered are some off-menu dishes. We felt immediately at ease, welcomed with an appetizer, excellent mixed starter from Paladino, veal cheek in nebbiolo that melted in your mouth, super soft and perfectly fried superstar ear, also enjoyed the desserts. Kudos to the management for successfully offering a well-executed cuisine with their own identity that sets them apart from the usual restaurants. Excellent, see you again!

Dined last night. Assorted appetizers… excellent, cheeks with fabulous mashed potatoes, Cantabrian anchovies, sorbet, house herbal liqueur, prosecco.. quick and attentive service. 70 euros for two….highly recommended!!!

Beautiful venue located in the Pista District of Alessandria, beautifully decorated in a very original and pleasant way. The cuisine offers dishes from Piedmontese tradition, but not only. As a second recommendation, try the Braised Guanciale… a “butter”!! The wine list is very rich and of high quality! The staff is very courteous, friendly, and attentive. And then there’s Piero… the owner, with a unique charm!!!
