Highly appreciated discovery, this venue fully reflects what I seek from a dining establishment: excellent welcome and service with kind and friendly staff, a very pleasant environment with its own personality, an interesting menu with great ideas like the elephant ear, a generously sized schnitzel breaded with a mix of 14 ingredients (tried). Some off-menu dishes were also suggested. We felt at ease right away, a nice welcome entrée, an excellent mixed appetizer from Paladino, veal cheek in nebbiolo that melted in the mouth, Superstar ear very soft and fried to perfection, and the desserts were good too. Congratulations to the management for proposing with commitment and success a well-executed cuisine without neglecting the search for a distinctive identity that sets them apart from the usual restaurants. Beautiful venue located in the Pista neighborhood of Alessandria, beautifully furnished in a very original and pleasant way. The kitchen offers dishes from the Piedmont tradition, but not only that. As a second suggestion, the Brasato di Guanciale… a "butter"!! The wine list is very rich and of high quality! The staff is very polite, friendly, and caring. And then there’s Piero… the owner, with a unique charm!!!
