At Trattoria Il Paladino we didn't want simply to host a dinner. We wanted to create a moment to live, to breathe, to carry with you even after crossing the door. And you made all this possible. Thank you for choosing to share your February 14th with us. Thank you for the trust you show us every time. Thank you for the sincere affection you make us feel in every look, every smile, every toast. We put our heart into it. You made it beat strongly. We imagined a setting for you capable of slowing down time… Soft lighting to create intimacy, details thought out one by one, the rhythm of the room calibrated to leave only space for what truly matters: being together. From the kitchen, the aromas crafted by our chef @Luca Piasentin began telling their story even before reaching the table, intertwining with your smiles and that complicity only special evenings can ignite. Dish after dish, we saw real moments unfold: glances exchanged, hands softly touching, slow toasts, words whispered with a light heart. And in those moments, we understood once again why we love our work so much. Because it was not just a dinner. It was a small suspended time. A fragment of shared emotion. Highly appreciated discovery, this place fully reflects what I look for in a restaurant: excellent reception and service with friendly and charming staff, a very pleasant environment with its own personality, an interesting menu with great ideas like the elephant ear, a generously sized breaded cutlet made with a mix of 14 ingredients (tested). Some off-menu dishes are also offered. We felt immediately at ease, welcomed with a greeting from the kitchen, an excellent mixed starter from Paladino, veal cheek with Nebbiolo that melts in the mouth, super soft and perfectly fried “superstar” ear, and the desserts were also good. Truly compliments to the management for successfully offering a well-crafted cuisine without neglecting the search for their own distinctive identity that sets them apart from ordinary restaurants. Excellent, see you again!
